2.2 SPECIFICATIONS
The RS 3000/RS 3100/RS 3200 hardware provides the wire-speed switching. The software provides the performance
monitoring, filtering, and Quality of Service (QoS). The router’s performance is not compromised through the
implementation of these software features.
Basic hardware and software specifications for the router are listed in Table 2-2.
