SYMPTOM CAUSE REMEDY
Park brake won’t release.
Faulty brake switch. Replace brake switch.
Loose wiring to brake solenoid. Repair/replace wiring.
Low charge pressure to brakes
(300 PSI or less).
Check/adjust charge relief valves on hydrostatic
pump 350 - 400 PSI in neutral. Engine must be at
maximum RPMs when adjusting charge pressure.
Repair/replace hydrostatic pump if needed.
Park brake won’t hold.
Faulty switch/wiring. Repair/replace switch or wiring.
Faulty brake. Repair/replace brake(s) on rear wheels.
Conveyor belt(s) not
operating in center of the
conveyor(s).
Conveyor belt(s) out of
adjustment.
Adjust conveyor belt alignment.
Adjust belt tension.
One or more trough rollers not
turning.
Clean debris out of the roller(s). Replace roller(s)
if any damage or at spots noted.
Conveyor(s) do not operate.
Low hydraulic uid level. Add hydraulic oil to the proper level.
Hydraulic tank suction strainers
contaminated.
Inspect return lter(s) for contamination. Replace
lter(s) if necessary.
No electrical power to conveyor
solenoid valve.
In the manual mode, check for electrical power at
conveyor solenoid valves. If power is noted, the
problem is not hydraulic. Replace solenoid.
If no power is noted, check for power at conveyor
control switches. If power is available, replace
conveyor switches. If there is no power, check for
faulty wiring.
Worn hydraulic pump or motor. Replace if needed.
Spread hopper gates do
not open.
Low hydraulic oil level. Add hydraulic oil to proper level.
Hydraulic return lters are
plugged or contaminated.
Clean or replace lter(s).
Gates jammed by debris.
Remove aggregate or foreign objects from the
spread hopper gates.
Hydrualic relief valve in gate
opener circuit set incorrectly.
Check relief vavle setting and adjust to 250 PSI if
needed.
