MAINTENANCE MANUAL LINE
ATTENTION
The oil level in the tank must not drop below the end of suction pipe, otherwise
air will be sucked in again.
Step
Procedure
1
Turn engine by hand in direction of engine rotation to return the oil from the
oil from the oil tank into the engine and into the collection container. The
procedure is complete when no more contamination can be discovered.
2 Control the oil captured during the rinsing process. The rinsing process is
complete when no more contamination can be discovered.

Re-install cleaned oil lines and oil cooler according to the manufacturers
instruction.
4
Install new oil filter and refill with oil.
5
Purge oil system.
Reconnect negative terminal of aircraft battery.
See Chapter 12–20–00 section Purging of the oil system.
Equipment
ATTENTION
Equipment is to be inspected in accordance with the Maintenance Manual of the
aircraft manufacturer.
