•Anyrepairontheairbagsystemorsteeringwheel
mustbecarriedoutbyanMGAuthorisedrepairer.
•After10yearssincetheregistration(orreplacement
ofairbag),somecomponentswillneedtobe
replacedbyanMGAuthorisedrepairer.The
appropriatepageoftheWarrantyandMaintenance
Manualmustbesignedandstampedoncethework
hasbeencompleted,soastoensurethetraceability
oftheproduct.
ReplacingAirbagSystemPartsAfteraCollision
Eveniftheairbagdoesnotdeploy,collisions
maycausedamagetotheairbagsystem
inthevehicle.Airbagsmaynotfunction
properlyafterdamage,andcannotprotect
youandotherpassengerswhenasecond
collisionoccurs,whichmaycauseserious
injuryorevendeath.T oensurethatairbag
systemcanfunctionproperlyaftercollision,
pleasegotoanMGAuthorisedrepairerto
checkairbagsandrepairasnecessary.
Airbagsaredesignedforusingonceonly.Oncetheairbagis
deployed,youmustreplacetheairbagsystemparts.Please
gotoanMGAuthorisedrepairerforreplacement.
DisposalofAirbags
Whenyourvehicleissold,ensurethatthenewowner
knowsthevehicleisequippedwithairbags,andisaware
ofthereplacementdateoftheairbagsystem.
Ifthevehicleisscrapped,theundeployedairbagsmayhave
potentialrisks,therefore,beforethedisposal,theymustbe
