ofchildren.Ifaccidentalconsumptionof
uidissuspected,seekmedicalattention
immediately.
Ifpowersteeringuidshouldcomeinto
contactwiththeskinoreyes,rinse
immediatelywithplentyofwater.
Theuidlevelshouldbecheckedeveryservice.This
shouldbedonebeforetheengineisstartedwhenthe
systemiscoldandwiththefrontwheelspointingstraight
ahead.
Wipethellercapcleantopreventdirtfromentering
thereservoir.Removethellercapand,usingaclean
lint-freecloth,wipethedipstickclean.Retthecapfully
andremoveagaintochecktheuidlevel.Ifnecessary,
topupwithauidmeetingspecicationuntilthelevelis
betweentheupperandlowermarksonthedipstick(see
illustration).
Note:Powersteeringuidwilldamagepainted
surfaces.Soakupanyspillagewithanabsorbentcloth
immediatelyandwashtheareawithamixtureofcar
shampooandwater.
IMPORTANT
