Intermittentwipe
Pushthelever(1)uptoselecttheintermittentwipe,wipers
willwipeautomatically.Rotatetheswitch(5)tovary
theintermittenttimeofwiperoperation.Intermittent
operationtimeofwiperswillalsobeamendedaccordingto
roadspeed-increasedroadspeedwillreduceintermittent
operationtime.
NormalSpeedWipe
Pushthelever(2)uptoselectthenormalspeedwipe,
wiperswillwipeatnormalspeed.Iftheroadspeeddrops
below5MPH(8km/h)whilethewipersareoperating,they
willslowtothenextslowestoperatingmode;i.e.fastwipe
tonormalwipe,normalwipetointermittent.Thisfacility
canbemanuallyoverriddenbychangingthewipesetting.
FastSpeedWipe
Pushthelever(3)uptoselectthefastspeedwipe,wipers
willwipeathighspeed.Iftheroadspeeddropsbelow
5MPH(8km/h)whilethewipersareoperating,theywill
slowtothenextslowestoperatingmode;i.e.fastwipeto
normalwipe,normalwipetointermittent.Thisfacilitycan
bemanuallyoverriddenbychangingthewipesetting.
SingleWipe
Pullthelever(4)downandrelease,wiperswillwipeonce.
Iftheleverishelddown,thewiperswilloperateathigh
speeduntiltheleverisreleased.
ProgrammedWashWipe
Pullthelever(6)towardsthesteeringwheel-thewashers
operateimmediately.Afterashortdelay,thewiperswill
commenceoperatinginconjunctionwiththewashers,
bothfunctionscontinuinguntiltheleverisreleased.The
programmedwashwipefunctioncanbedisabled;referto
section‘ProgWashWipe’of‘MainMenu’intheChapter
‘MessageCentre’.
