Whendriving,youshouldpayattentiontothefollowing
points:
•Donotoverloadorexcessively‘rev’theengine.
•Donotstoptheenginewhenthecarisinmotionwith
agearselected.
•SeekMGAuthorisedRepairerifyouthinkyourcaroil
consumptionisabnormal.
•Ifamisreissuspected,orthecarlackspowerwhile
driving,providedtheenginehasreacheditsnormal
operatingtemperature,itmaybedrivenSLOWL Y(at
riskofcatalystdamage)toMGAuthorisedRepaireror
suitablyequippedservicinggarage.
•Donotdriveonterrainlikelytosubjecttheunderside
ofthecartoheavyimpacts.
Note:Theenginenevercanbemodiedwithout
permission.Becauseitwillleadtoenginemisre,loss
ofengineperformanceorenginerun-on,whichcould
seriouslydamagethecatalyticconverters.Regular
maintenancemustbecarriedoutinaccordance
withtheschedulespeciedinthe‘Warrantyand
MaintenanceManual’.
