ofthecar.
2Pushthelever(B)mountedonthebonnetupwardto
releasethebonnetsafetycatch.
3Raisethebonnetandreleasethelever .
ClosingtheBonnet
Supportthebonnetwithtwohandsandlowerdown
thebonnetuntilthedistancebetweenitandthelocking
platformisapproximately30－40cm,thenpushwitha
downwardforcetofullyclosethebonnet.
Byattemptingtoliftthefrontedgeofthebonnet,checkif
thelockisfullyengagedafterclosingthebonnet.Ifitisnot
fullyengaged,youmustrepeattheoperation.
WarningWhentheBonnetisOpen
Ifthebonnetisnotfullyengaged,awarningwillbedisplayed
inthemessagecentrewhentheignitionisinPositionⅡ
(seeMessageCenterinInstrumentsandControlschapter)
.Therewillbewarningsoundifthebonnetisnotfully
lockedwhiledriving.Andtheiconwillickeralso.
