Withtheactivespeedlimitsysteminstandbystatus,press
thethumbwheelswitch,andtheactivespeedlimitsystem
isactivatedwhenthefollowingconditionsaresatised,
followedbycorrespondinginformationdisplayedonthe
informationcenterontheinstrument:
1Whenthecurrentspeedislessthanorequaltothe
inputtargetspeed;
2Theacceleratorpedalisnotdepressedcompletely.
Suspend
Whenthefollowingconditionsoccur,theactivespeedlimit
functionexitsfromactivatedstatustostandbystatus:
•Theacceleratorpedalisdepressedallthewaydown;
•Theresume/suspendswitchispressed.
Resume
Aftertheactivespeedlimitfunctionispaused,iftheactive
speedlimitsystemhasnotbeenshutdown,pressRES
switch(3ingure)toresettheactivespeedlimitfunction
totheactivatedstatus.Atthistime,thetargetspeedof
activespeedlimitisthatbeforeexit.
Note:
•Duringdriving,forsafetyreasons,donotswitch
betweenkilometerandmileafterthetargetspeed
isinput.
•Thecasemayoccurthattheactualspeedis
morethanthetargetlimitspeedduetoinertia,
roadconditions,etc.(e.g.downhill),andatthis
time,pleasecontrolthevehiclespeedbasedon
therelatedpromptmessagesdisplayedonthe
instrument.
•Afterthekeyisremoved,thetargetspeedpreviously
storedwillbeerased.Fordrivingeconomyand
safetyreasons,itisrecommendedtoselect
differenttargetspeedsaccordingtodifferentroad
conditions.
•Donotpressaswitchforalongtimeorpress
multipleswitchessimultaneously,otherwiseitmay
leadtoactivespeedlimitsystemfailure.Ifthis
conditionoccurs,pleaseturnontheignitionswitch
again.
