Copy the Images to an SD Card
The PC Utility will create two image files:
 USERPRE.IMG
 USERPOST.IMG
They will be located in your PC at:
C:\MyDocuments\eSpresso\Storename\register name\IMAGE
Copy the mages to the following path on your SD card:
SD\\ER-230EJ\Storename\IMAGE
Important: In the path: C:\MyDocuments\eSpresso\Storename, the store name is the
name you have defined as the store in the PC Utility.
Note: You must use the same store name in the ER-230EJ ECR at “Store name” of
“SYSTEM” of the “Options Programming” in the “Program Mode ”. Note that the
default store name is “STORE001”.
Saving Images from an ER-230EJ to an SD card
1. Insert the SD card in the register’s SD slot.
2. Move to the SERVICE MODE.
3. From the Service Mode menu, select “7.PROGRAM BACKUP”.
4. From the PROGRAM BACKUP menu select “1.SD”.
5. From the SD menu select “4.IMAGE SAVE”.
6. The message “SUCCESS !” will display on the LCD.
Loading the Images by SD card
1. Insert the SD card in the register’s SD slot.
2. Move to the SERVICE MODE.
3. From the Service Mode menu, select “7.PROGRAM BACKUP”.
4. From the PROGRAM BACKUP menu select “1.SD”.
5. From the SD menu select “5.IMAGE LOAD”.
6. The message “SUCCESS !” will display on the LCD.
