Level probe faulty, or calcified, or faulty

Baffle clogged
carry out checks, and if necessary re-

clean / replace
Non-return valve clogged or defective replace
Steam generator Supply pipe clogged or calcified clean / replace
Outlet valve calcified, or defective, or faulty cabling clean/ replace (see “control system
diagram, outlet valve steam”)
Electrical faults
Power PCB / power relay
Power PCB, power relay faulty check and replace the power PCB or
power relay (see control system dia-
gram, instant heater heating steam”)
Unit control system defective replace (see “Maintenance, unit control
system”)
Load machine data (counter and set-
tings) to new unit control system
Operator PCB Faulty button Dismantle the operator PCB, loosen the
PCB from the ‘top to button’, if neces-
sary dry the keyboard; refit the operator
PCB and insert into the panel.
Programming
Instant heater
Steam emission not programmed Correct the programming (see pro-
gramming instructions)
Machine or customer number pro-
grammed incorrectly

Heating time too long
