Programming
The milk foamer head is not enabled;
the entire milk/milk foam system dis-
abled.

Milk system pipes The baffle in the milk nipple on the nip-
ple holder is dirty
clean with a micro-brush / replace with a
suitable baffle (see spare parts cata-
logue; take note of the diameter of the
baffle)
Milk foam system pipes The baffle at the inlet nipple on the air
valve is dirty
clean with a micro-brush / replace with a
suitable baffle (see spare parts cata-
logue; take note of the diameter of the
baffle)
Pinch valve Pinch valve mechanically blocked, or the
solenoid valve discharge tube is blocked
and the pinch valve is continuously
squeezing the suction hoses.
Dismantle the pinch valve and the water
cylinder if necessary, clean it and re-
place the O ring on the piston. Grease
the piston and the O-ring lightly with
grease for food applications, and then
reassemble. Check the piston for easy
action; install the water cylinder and the
pinch valve.
