Clean control set
1. Dismantle the control set
2. Clean / decalcify all parts
3. Checks: the valve seats on the inlet and return by-pass,
the O-ring, by-pass housing and seal.
If any parts are faulty, replace the entire control set.
4. Lightly grease the by-pass ring and piston with grease
for food applications (article no. 067399).
5. Assemble the by-pass system
Installation
Install the control set with a perfect seal into the pump
housing, tighten well
Adjust the pump pressure (see “rotary-vane type pump,
dismantling”)
