Once wearing or faulty parts have been dismantled, cleaned and repaired, the surfaces marked below (bearing and guiding
surfaces) must be lightly (!) greased with the specified grease for use in food applications (take note of the M.Schaerer part
nos.!). Please also note which parts should NOT be greased and also the safety instructions and user information for food
grease.
