Relay plate
The heaters are switched via power relays mounted on a
separate device plate. These power relays are controlled by
the relays on the power PCB. It has an RC-Module at the
power relay connectors to act as a protection against interfer-
ence.

Cable loom
All sensors and consumers must be connected from the PCBs
by means of cables. All these cables, together with the end
configurations (crimp connectors, plugs etc.) are gathered into
the cable loom and fitted to the machine as a unit. If the cable
loom is faulty, it is not worth replacing it in its entirety. It is
more usual to replace individual defective cables and strands.
The crucial point is that you should use the cross-section
appropriate for the specified current.
Be aware of the coil voltages on the power re-
lays. The power relay for the instant heater for
coffee has a coil voltage of 24V and the ones for
the tea instant heater and steam generator have
coil voltages of 230V.
