Preparations to empty the hopper
Park the vehicle safely.
People must leave the danger zone.
To raise the hopper, the vehicle engine must be
started and the control panel must be switched
on.
11.3.8.1 Letting out dirty water /
de-icing agents
If you have only fluids in the container, they can be
collected with the cover closed using a connection.
Without the hopper being lifted, the water is drained
down to the bottom edge of the connection.
Keep a distance to avoid impurities that may spray
out and wear suitable protection equipment.
Observe environmental protection
regulations!
Park the vehicle on a level, firm surface.
Apply the parking brake.
