Settings and Commands
Data Access Settings
To determine which modes are available in your installation, see the host-
specific section. The SEL-2701 acts as a Telnet server for connections to the
SEL-2701 user interface. The user interface provides access to commands for
diagnostics and other special features of the SEL-2701. Telnet settings are
listed in Table 3.6.
UCA2 for
Field Devices
The SEL-2701 acts as a UCA2 interface for the host. The UCA2 interface
consists of several components that make up the UCA2 for Field Devices
standard. The SEL-2701 supports Generic Object Model for Substation and
Feeder Equipment (GOMSFE) and Generic Object Oriented Substation Event
(GOOSE).
