Disassembly
【A】brake hose oil line banjo bolt
【B】master cylinder tightened bolt
【C】master cylinder
!
Brake fluid will damage the painted surface quickly,
any spilled fluid should be completely washed off
immediately.
Installation
◆ Installation of main cylinder holder, must have the
“up” mark upward
◆ First properly tighten the upper clamping bolt, then
tighten the lower clamping bolt, and fi nally reach the
same gap between the upper and lower parts of the
holder, then tighten the lower bolt.
Main Cylinder Clamping Bolt Torque
8.8N·m（0.9kgf·m，105.6in·lb）
◆ Install new fl at washers on each side of brake hose,
then tighten oil bolt.
Brake Hose Oil Bolt Torque
25N·m（2.5kgf·m，18.4ft·lb）
◆
If the Main Cylinder is replace with a new one, the
Brake Pipeline must be vacuum and exhausted,
then brake fl uid must be fi lled correctly, please refer
to the brake in the section on regular maintenance.
◆ Check whether the braking force of the brake is
good, whether there is brake drag or lock, and there
is no fl uid leakage
!
Do not attempt to drive the vehicle until a firm brake
lever can be obtained by pumping the brake lever until
the pads are against each disc. The brakes will not
function on the fi rst application of the lever if this is not
done.
