Check if any scratch, rust or hard spots, inside and
outside surfaces of hand brake cylinder

. If any damage of hand brake cylinder
or piston, please replace them.

Check first seal ring

and second seal ring

. If any wearing, damage, deformation

rot
）
or swelling, replace piston components to refresh
seal ring. If any fluid leakage is found in the push
rod, the seal ring in the piston need to be replaced.

Check dust cover

if any for blockage.

Check compensating hole

and oiling hole

for blockage. If oiling hole
【

is blocked,
brake disc will be dragged in the brake pad to make
it clamped too tightly. If so, clear the blockage.
