In the ON gear, the entire vehicle circuit is connected and
the key cannot be removed;
In the OFF gear, the entire vehicle circuit is disconnected
and the key can be removed;
In the LOCK gear, the front of the vehicle is in a locked
state（see "vehicle body and frame"）and the key can
be removed;
In the normal state, the ON gear is in the forward
direction, turning 45 degrees counterclockwise is the
OFF gear, pressing down the key while rotating 90
degrees counterclockwise is the LOCK gear
