2. After a 20-second "Please grip the steering wheel"
warning, if the driver still does not hold the steering
wheel, the instrument display screen will show a
"Please take immediate control of the vehicle" pop-up
warning. Please grip the steering wheel with both
hands.

3. After a 20-second "Please take immediate control of
the vehicle" warning, if the driver still does not hold
the steering wheel, the vehicle will gradually brake
and exit Lane Cruise Assist.
When the steering wheel is covered with a sheath or
the driver wears gloves, it increases the distance
between the hands and the sensors, which may affect
the hands-off detection function.
Limitations of TJA
TJA has certain limitations. In daily use, please be aware
of the following situations where TJA performance may
degrade or not function properly:
● Changes in the calibration angle of the Driving
Assistance camera.
● TJA may be restricted by chassis performance, four-
wheel alignment, changes in the steering wheel center
position, or abnormal tire pressure (fault or long-term
lack of calibration).
● The field of view of the Driving Assistance camera
may be obstructed (by water mist, dust, stickers, etc.).
● TJA performance is affected by weather and
illumination conditions, such as driving in darkness
(poor lighting conditions), low visibility (due to heavy
rain, heavy snow, thick fog, etc.), intense light (such
as oncoming vehicle headlights or direct sunlight, light
refracted after the road surface is covered with ice and
snow), or when driving in areas with water
accumulation.
● When the vehicle is driving on a road surface with
single-side lane markings, excessive wear of lane
markings, or when the lane markings are obstructed,
covered, disappear, overlap with new and old
markings, or when there are temporary adjustments
due to road construction or rapid changes (such as
lane splitting, crossing, or merging).
● When the vehicle is driving on inclined surfaces, steep
slopes, tunnel junctions, shadows formed by roadside
fences, road surfaces with text or traffic signs, or
sections with excessively wide or narrow lane
markings or guide lines.
● On roads with excessively tight curves (such as
ramps, mountain roads, national roads, etc.).
● When there is significant crosswind or strong wind on
one side of the vehicle, and there are large vehicles
such as trucks, buses, or other unconventional
vehicles in the side or front.
● When traffic cones, warning signs, or other objects are
placed on the side of the road.
Lane Departure Warning and Assistant.
Lane Departure Warning and Assistant (LAS) function
operates through the forward-facing camera, primarily
used to warn and assist steering when the vehicle
accidentally deviates from the lane.
● Lane Departure Warning (LDW):
After the function is activated, when the vehicle
speed is greater than 60 km/h and the lane markings
are clear and intact, and the turn signal is not
activated, the vehicle approaches the lane markings.
The instrument display screen shows a reminder and
emits a warning sound, reminding the driver to control
the vehicle in time to reduce the risk of accidents
caused by unintentional deviation from the lane
markings.

● Lane Keeping Assistant (LKA):
After the function is activated, when the vehicle
speed is greater than 60 km/h and the lane markings
are clear and intact, and the turn signal is not
activated, if the vehicle deviates from the lane, the
instrument display screen shows a reminder and
provides certain corrective assistant.
