Recalling memos
The following three methods can be used to recall memos.
1. Sequential search in the order of entry:
Press
GJ to display each memo in the order it was entered.
Press
0 to reverse the order of display.
2. A direct search for the first letter(s) of the entry:
Enter the first letter(s) of the memo entry. Press
G to search
forward. Press
0 to search backward.
Subsequent memos will be displayed in sequential order each time you
press
G or
0·
3. Keyword search for a key word contained in a memo:
Enter an word or part of a word contained in the memo and
press SHIFT
Q or I SHIFT I
0·
I SHIFT I G initiates a forward search.
I'---S-H-IF-T-I
0 initiates
a reverse search.
