Recalling memos with a keyword search
With the keyword search function, the memos containing the key word are
searched out in sequence.
To perform a keyword search for memos containing the word "Ace", for
example:
Enter the keyword in the MEMO mode.
I MEMO I Ace I SHIFT I G
ABC BANK
Chicago Bran
ch
Account
No.
(The first memo containing the word "Ace" will be displayed.)
* Subsequent memos containing the same word can be recalled in
order each time you press I SHIFT I GJ .
Editing memos
Memo editing capabilities are similar to those in the SCHEDULE and TEL
modes.
For example, to change "Chicago Branch" to "Boston Branch" in the memo
for ABC BANK:
1. Recall the memo containing "ABC BANK".

2. Enter the edit mode.
