6.3.1 Adjustment overview
Adjustment of models SPD-20A (including -20A UFLC.) /SPD-20AV involves
adjusting the D2 lamp, mirror M1, W lamp (model SPD-20AV only), Hg lamp,
filter (model SPD-20AV only), slit, mirror M2, grating, mirror M3 and cell, as
shown below. The procedure for adjusting each component is explained below.
