6.3.10 Fine adjustment of mirror M1
(1) Light up the D2 lamp.
(2) Direct the Mirror M1 ASSY to the D2 lamp.
(3) Attach the jig for fine adjustment of M1 on
mirror M1.
(4) Set the pin of the lever (rotating table)
where the mirror M1 ASSY is mounted and
the stopper pin on the lamp housing using a
clip or something similar.
(5) Adjust the direction of the mirror M1 ASSY
so that two optical images on the slit (figure
below) go into the slit. (Unfasten screw A on
the mirror M1 ASSY and rotate the mirror
M1 ASSY.)
(6) After adjustment is completed, tighten screw A to fix it and detach the jig
for fine adjustment of M1 and clip.
6.3 .11 Checking the filter position
(1) Turn on the power while pressing the “Func” key.
(2) Use the “FILTER POSI” function from the factory functions group to
display the filter position and set it to “0”. Check that the filter semi
assembly is not blocking any part of the slit.
