6.3.9 Adjusting

Attach the cell jig.
(2)
Adjust the rotation and elevation angle of the M3 assembly so the 0-o
rder
light image hits the center of the
target on the cell jig.
(3)
Remo
ve the M1 jig, attac
h a dummy ce
ll, and double check that the long
narrow 0-order light image is over the cell hole.
Caution:
Be careful not to touch the mirror or
grating surfaces with your hands.
