6.3.3 Optical adjustment jigs (targets)
Below is the list of optical adjustment jigs (targets). They are targets with a
reinforcing material (plastic frame). Use these jigs for optical adjustment.

* Some gratings have a larger width due to a variation during processing (cutting). Use
the jig for gratings with a large width. In most cases, 221-94572-91 for regular size can
be used.
(1) Make a full-size copy of the next page (6.3.3 Optical adjustment jigs
(targets)), cut the targets out with a box cutter, etc., assemble them as
illustrated, and use them as adjustment targets. The M3 target is also
used for the new type M3 mirrors in LC-2010 systems. Also, except for the
M3 target, the other targets can also be used for SPD-10vp series
instruments.
(2) Open the lamp housing and spectroscope room by loosening the screws on
the top covers (4 screws on lamp housing and 5 screws on spectroscope
room).
