7.2.13 The cautions at the time of linearity compensation [LINEAR
CALIB] operation
If CE key is pushed suddenly and linearity compensation is canceled in the
middle of operation of linearity compensation, while the energy by the side of a
rewriting rate and a sample had also displayed 0mV on the unusual parameter,
the output according to energy will become impossible.
In such the state, since 253.7nm (Hg) and 656.1nm (D2) are undetectable,
[CHECK NO GOOD] is displayed.
Please perform linearity compensation correctly.
When sample side energy is set to 0mV, please take a measure in the following
procedure.
(1) [4] inputs [LINEAR CALIB] while on display, and make linearity
compensation into initial value.
(2) Perform wavelength proofreading.
(3) Perform linearity compensation again.
(4) Please once end re-start a power supply.
