① Always execute the automatic leak sensor correction (LEAK CALIB)
function before changing the leak sensor threshold level (LEAK THR).
② Check that the leak sensor tip is not touching anything plastic.
③ Keep the front panel closed during measurements.
7.2.9 Compatibility of D2 lamps with previous models
D2 lamps for SPD-10A and SPD-M10Avp models can be used in SPD-20A
systems. The intercompatibility of D2 lamps is shown below. In addition, D2
lamps for model SPD-20A are compatible with SPD-10Avp systems.

7.2.10 Voltage at data recorder output terminal
The recorder output terminal voltage for model SPD-20A is 10 mV. If the
recorder input full scale is 1 mV, use one of the following methods to change
the full scale level.
① Set the AUX function RANGE setting to1/10.
② Reduce the output voltage by inserting a resistor between the SPD
system and recorder unit.
