• Check the oil level in the gearunit housing.
Note
The oil must come up to the middle of the oilsight glass, to the middle between the MIN and MAX marks
on the oillevel indicator or to the middle between the MIN and MAX marks on the dipstick.
CAUTION
Risk of injury through chemical substances
The oil must not come into contact with the skin (e.g. the operator’s hands).
The safety notes on the data sheets for the oil used must be observed.
Remove any oil spillage immediately with a binding agent.
Observe manufacturer’s instructions for handling lubricants and binding agents.
Wear suitable protective clothing.
• Place the inspection and/or assembly cover with the seal on the housing.
• Screw in the fastening screws of the cover and tighten them to the specified tightening torque
(see item 6.19).
• Screw in the air filter with the reducing screw or the wetair filter again.
NOTICE
Material damage
Risk of damage to the wetair filter.
Prior to using the wetair filter, 2 of the 8 sealed bores at the underside of the wetair filter must be opened.
