Restarting the HMI device
Introduction
You need to reboot the HMI device if you have changed the setting for the time zone.
CAUTION
Data loss when the HMI device is restarted
All volatile data is lost when the HMI device is rebooted.
Check the following:
• The RemoteOperate Client application is not running
• No data is being written to the flash memory
Requirements
You have opened the "OP Properties" dialog box by touching the "OP" icon.
Procedure
1. Change to the "Device" tab in the "OP Properties" dialog box.
2. Press "Reboot" to reboot the HMI device.
A warning is displayed.
The HMI device reboots immediately if you confirm this warning.
Result
The HMI device starts.
