The following settings are defined in machine data:
The angle between a machine axis and the
inclined axis.
The position of the tool zero with reference to the
origin of the coordinate system declared in the
"inclined axis" function.
The velocity reserve available on the parallel axis
for the compensation movement.
The axis acceleration reserve available on the
parallel axis for the compensation movement.
Axis configuration
In order to program in the Cartesian coordinate
system, the relationship between this coordinate
system and the real machine axes (MU, MC) must
be declared in the control:
Names of the geometry axes
Assignment of the geometry axes to the channel
axes
General case (inclined axis not active)
Inclined axis active
Assignment of the channel axes to the machine
axis numbers
Identification of the spindles
Assignment of machine axis names
The procedure is the same as for the normal axis
configuration with the exception of "Inclined axis
active".
