information in the “SIMATIC Automation Systems - Basics of Explosion
protection (Doc.No. A5E00206200)” must be observed!
Below you will find important information on the installation of the
SIWAREX FTC in a hazardous area.
SIWAREX FTC may only be used under the conditions, which are specified
in the appropriate certificates.
The SIWAREX FTC can be used in Ex zone 2 (acc. to IEC/CENELEC,
directive 94/9/EG).
In the following you find some details about the certificates ATEX (Europe)
and UL (USA, Canada).
