– Contact an authorized SKI-DOO d eale r.
ENGINE MIS FIRES.
1. DES S did not rea d tether cord cap cod e. D ESS/ RER pilot
lam p blinks onc e every 1.5 s ec onds . Engine ca n not ex ce ed
3000 RPM.
– Properly install.
2. DESS has read a different c ode then the one program med.
DESS pilo t lamp blinks r apidly (3 t imes per s ec ond). Engine
can not exceed 3000 RPM .
– Insta ll a tether co rd cap for which this s nowmobile was pro-
gr ammed.
3. Fo uled/ defective/w or n spark plug s.
– Clean/verify s park plug gap and identification number. Re-
place as required.
4. Too much oil supplied to engine.
– Improper oil pum p adjustment, refer to an authorized
SKI-DOO dealer.
– On premixe d mode ls onl y, im proper fuel/oil mixture. D rain
fu el tank and refill with appropri ate mix ture ratio.
5. Water in fuel.
– Drain fuel sys tem and refill with fres h fuel.
