SNOWMOBILES
1) SCOPE OF THE LIM ITED WARR ANTY
Bombardier Recr eat ional Product s Inc. (“BRP”) warr ants its 2007
Ski-Doo snowmobiles from defects in m aterial or workmanship for
the period and under the conditions descr ibed below.
All genuine Ski-Doo parts and accessories, installed by an authorized
BRP distributor/dealer (as hereinafter defined) at the time of delivery
of the 2007 Ski-Doo snowmob ile, carry the sa me warranty a s tha t of
the snowmobile.
A GPS receiver may be supplied by BRP as standard equipment on
certain 2007 Ski-Doo snowmobiles. The GPS receiver is covered by
the limited warranty issued by the GPS receiver’s manufacturer and
is not covered by this BRP li mited warranty.
Use of the product for racing or any other competitive activity, at any
point, even by a previous owner, will render this warrant y null and
void .
2) WARRANTY COVERAGE PERIOD
This wa rranty will be in ef fect from the d ate of delivery to th e fir st re-
tail consumer or the date the product is first put into use, whichever
occurs first a nd for a peri od of:
TWELVE (12) CONSECUTIVE MONTHS, for private or commercial
use owners. However, the warranty coverage period on a snowmo-
bile delivered between June 1
st
and December 1
st
of a given year will
expire December 1
st
of the following year. Note that the warranty
covera ge period may vary from country to co untry, sta te to state, re -
gion to region and province to province for private use or commercial
use owners. Please contact your dealer or distributor to know the
specif ics of your warranty coverage per iod.
The repair or replacement of parts or the performance of service un-
der this warranty does not extend the life of this warranty beyond its
or iginal expiration date.
Note that the d uration an d any other mod al ities of the w arranty co v-
er age are subject to the applicable national or local legislation in your
country.
