Serial Numbers
The main components of your snowm obile (engine and fram e) are
identified by different serial numbers. It may sometimes b ecome
necessary to locate these numbers for warranty purposes or to trace
your snowmobile in the event of loss. These numbers are required
by the autho rized SKI-D OO deal er to complet e wa rranty claims prop-
erly . No warranty will be allowed by BRP if the engine serial number
or vehicle ident ification number (VIN) is removed or mutilated in any
w ay. We strongl y recom mend that y ou tak e note of all the seri al
num bers on your snowmobile and supply them to your insurance
company.
