Drive Chain Tension
Remove hai r pin.
Fully tighten tensioner adjustment screw by hand, then back off only
far enough for hair pin to engage in locking hole.

Drive Belt Condition
Inspect belt for cracks, fraying or abnormal w ear (uneven wear, wear
on one side, missing cogs, cracked fabric). If abnormal wear is not-
ed, probable cause could be pulley m isalignment, excessive RPM
w ith fro z en trac k, fast starts without warm-u p period , burred or rusty
sheave, oil on belt or distorted spare belt. Contact an authorized
SKI-DOO dealer.
