1) SCOPE OF THE LIM ITED WARR ANTY
Bombardier Recreational Products Inc. (“BRP”)* warrants its 2007
Ski-Doo snowmobiles from defects in m aterial or workmanship for
the period and under the conditions descr ibed below.
All genuine Ski-Doo parts and accessories, installed by an authorized
BRP dealer (as hereinafter defined) at the time of delivery of the 2007
Ski-D oo s nowmo bile , carry the same wa rranty as that of the snow-
mobile.
A GPS receiver may be supplied by BRP as standard equipment on
certain 2007 Ski-Doo snowmobiles. The GPS receiver is covered by
the limited warranty issued by the GPS receiver’s manufacturer and
is not covered by this BRP li mited warranty.
Use of the product for racing or any other competitive activity, at any
point, even by a previous owner, will render this warrant y null and
void .
2) EXCLUSIONS - ARE NOT WARRANT ED
The following are not warranted under any circumstances:
• Normal wear and tear;
• Routine maintenance items, tune ups, adjustments;
• Damage caused by failure to provide proper m aintenance and/o r
storage, as de sc ribed in the Operator's G uide;
• Damage resulting from rem oval of parts, im proper repairs, ser-
vice, m aintenance, modificatio ns or use o f parts not manufac-
tu red or a pprov ed by BRP or resulti ng fr om repai rs done b y a
person that is not an authorized servicing BRP dealer;
• Damage caused by abuse, abnormal use, neglect, use of the
product on surfaces other than snow, or operation of the prod-
uct in a m anner inconsistent with the recommended operation
described in the Operator ’s Guide;
• Damage re sulting from a cc iden t, s ubm ersio n, fire, th eft, van dal -
ism or any act of God;
• Operatio n with fuel s, oil s or l ubric ants whic h a re not su ita ble for
use with the product (see t he Operator’s Guide);
• Snow or water ingestion;
• Incidental or consequential dam ages, or dam ages of any kind in-
cluding without limitation towing, storage, telephone, rental, taxi,
inconvenience, insurance coverage, loan payments, loss of time,
loss of income; and
