General
The d riv e pulley is factory calibrated to transmit maximum engine
power at a pr edefined RP M. Refer to SPE CIFICATIONS section in
th is guide . Fac tors s uch as ambie nt temperature, a ltit ude or su rface
condition may vary this critical engine RPM thus affectin g snowm o-
bile efficiency.
This adjustable drive pulley allows setting maximum engine RPM in
th e v ehicle to mai nta in maximum p ower.
Calibration screws should be adjusted so that actual m aximum en-
gine RPM in vehicle matches with the maximum horsepower RPM.
N O TE: Use pr ecision digit al tachom eter for engine RPM adjustment.
N O TE: The adjustment has an effect on high RPM only.
Calibration screw has a notch on top of its head.
