Drive Belt Removal/Instal lation
WARNING
Rem ove tether cord cap before performing any maintenance
or adjus tm ent, unl es s othe r wi se spec ifi ed. Vehicl e must b e
par ked in a saf e place, a way from the trail.
Removal
N O TE: Removal and installation of drive belt is easier when driven
pull ey i s h eld wi th bra ke so that it can n ot rotate. A pply p arki ng brake,
for this purpose.
Remove tether cord cap. Open LH side panel and remove belt guard.
Open the driven pulley with t he drive belt installer/remover provided
in tool kit.

DRIVE BELT INSTALLER/REMOVER
Screw drive belt in sta ller/rem over in the free threa ded hole and tight-
en to open the pulley. Remove belt.
