Neither the distributor, any BRP dealer nor any other person has been
authoriz ed to make an y affirmatio n, represe ntation or warranty re-
garding the product, other than those contained in this limited war-
ranty, and if made, shall not be enforceable agains t BRP.
BRP reserv es the right to modify this w arranty at any ti me, bei ng un -
derstood that such modification will not alter the warranty conditions
applicabl e to the products s old w hile this w arranty is in effect.
4) WARRANTY COVERAGE PERIOD
This wa rranty will be in ef fect from the d ate of delivery to th e fir st re-
tail consumer or the date the product is first put into use, whichever
occurs first a nd for a peri od of:
TWELVE (12) CONSECUTIVE MONTHS, for private or commercial
use owners. However, the warranty coverage period on a snowmo-
bile delivered between June 1
st
and December 1
st
of a given year
will expire December 1
st
of the following year.
The emission-related components included in the chart below, t hat
are install ed on EPA certified snowmobiles (see l ist below) regis-
te red in the USA a re cov ered for thi rty (30) conse cuti ve mon ths or
2500 miles (4000 km) of en gi ne u se whichever occurs firs t. If the
2500 miles (4000 km) are reached during the regular warranty cov-
er age period, the emission-relat ed components are still covered by
BRP’s standard warrant y until the end of regular cover age period.
