Neither the distribut or, any BRP distributor/dealer nor any other per-
son ha s be en au thorized to mak e an y affirmation, repr esenta tion or
warranty regarding the product, other than those contained in this
limited warranty, and if m ade, shall not be enforceable against BRP.
BRP reserv es the right to modify this w arranty at any ti me, bei ng un -
derstood that such modification will not alter the warranty conditions
applicabl e to the products s old w hile this w arranty is in effect.
8) TRANSFER
If th e owne rsh ip of a product is tra nsferred durin g the wa rranty co v-
er age period, this warranty shal l als o be trans ferred and be valid fo r
the remaining coverage period provided BRP or an authorised BRP
distrib utor/dea le r re ceives a proof that the former owner agree d to
the transfer of ownership, in addition to the co-ordinates of the new
owner.
