3) CO NDITION S TO HAVE WARRA NTY
COVERAGE
This warranty coverage is available only if each of t he following con-
ditions has been fulfilled:
• The 2007 Ski-Doo snowmobile must be purchased as new and
unused by its first owner from a BRP distributor/dealer authorized
to dis tribute Ski -D oo p roducts in the country in which the sa le
occurred (“ B R P distributor/deale r”);
• The BRP specified pre-delivery inspection process must be com-
pleted and documented;
• The product must have under gone proper registration by an au-
thorized BRP distributor/dealer;
• The 2007 Ski-Doo snowmobile must be pur chased in the countr y
or union of countries in which the purchaser r esides.
• Routine maintenance outlined in t he Operator’s Guide must be
timely performe d in or der to ma int ai n w arran ty co verage. BRP
re serve s the right to mak e w arran ty cov erage contin gent upon
proof of proper maintenance.
BRP wi ll no t ho nour this li mited w arranty to any private use owne r
or commercial use owner if the preceding conditions have not been
met. Such limita tio ns are n ec ess ary in order to all ow BRP to pre-
serve both the safety of it s products, and also that of its consumers
and the general public.
4) WHAT TO DO TO OBTAIN WARRANTY
COVERAGE
The customer must notify a servicing BRP distributor/dealer within
two (2) m onths of the appearance of a defect, and provide it with
re as onabl e access to th e product a nd reaso na ble op portunity to re-
pair it. The customer must als o present to the authoriz ed BR P dis-
tributor /deal er, proof of purchase of the product and must sign the
repair/work order prior to starting the repair in order t o validate the
w arranty repai r. All parts repl aced under thi s limited w arranty be-
come th e property of B R P.

or local legislation in your country.
