Requirement:
☐ The inverters in the system must be equipped with the latest inverter firmware version (see
product page of the inverter at www.SMA-Solar.com).
Procedure:
1. Log into the ClusterController as Installer.
2. Select the system in the system tree and select the menu Settings in the device menu.
3. Select the parameter group System & device control system (Solar Inverters).
4. Select [Edit].
5. Select the group Configuration of system control via communication.
6. To set the fallback for reactive power setpoint to the setpoint cos Phi, select the group cos
Phi, specified by PV system control.
7. To set the fallback for reactive power setpoint to the setpoint Reactive power in %, select the
group Q specified by PV system control.
8. To set the fallback for active power limitation, select the group Act. power lim. via PV
system ctrl.
9. Select [Edit].
10. Make the desired settings.
11. Select [Save].
