Make sure the display is connected to a network that has internet access.

Make sure the network can contact the activation network.
You can’t control the display from
your computer.
This feature is only available for iOS and Android devices.
When using AirPlay to connect your
Mac device to the display's EShare
app, the
Connect Code
that appears
on the display's screen is in a format
that's not compatible with the
Connect Code code format required
by your device.
Download, install, and use the EShare app for your device.

Resolving issues with iMirror

Your device can’t connect to the
display.

Make sure the network is configured properly.

Make sure your computer or device is on the same subnet as the display. Contact
your network administrator.

The iMirror app is available only for use with the AirPlay function on Apple devices.
You can’t share video. Some videos are copyrighted and cannot be streamed.
