Under Service Status click Block.
12.0.0.1 Click Update to update the Spectralink IP-DECT Server 6500 firmware. The
system prompts for a restart, when the firmware update is complete.
6 If you have blocked new calls during a firmware update, enable new calls again by clicking
Administration, then Wireless Server and then clicking Allow.
Restarting the Spectralink IP-DECT Server 6500
Some configuration changes requires a restart in order to take effect. A reset restarts the
Spectralink IP-DECT Server 6500 software.
You must restart the system after the following procedures:
• Configuration
• Uploading of configuration data
• Uploading of firmware
Operating System of Spectralink IP-DECT Server 6500
When restarting the operating system of the Spectralink IP-DECT Server 6500 all calls are
terminated and the Spectralink IP-DECT Server 6500 is reset.
1 Click Administration, and then click Wireless Server.
