Removing the Refill to Resolve Errors
Many times an error screen may be resolved by removing and then re-inserting the rell into the
spencer SmartHub.
To remove the rell, follow these instructions:
1. Touch the Remove Rell button to open the lid.
2. Remove the rell box completely out of the device.
3. Gently replace the rell.
