Overview
spencerAssist is a mobile application that connects with spencer’s Meds on the Go feature and allows
patients, caregivers, and/or clinical team members to receive alerts and manage medication routines
from while away from home.
Users are not required to own a spencer devie to use spencerAssist. If you are friend, family member,
or informal caregiver of someone who owns a spencer smartHub, spencerAssist will help you support
them in managing their medications.
Connecting spencerAssist
Home > Tools > spencerAssist > Connect Me
To connect to spencerAssist through your spencer device, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the Home screen and touch the Tools icon.
2. On the Tools screen, touch the spencerAssist button.
3. On the spencerAssist screen touch the Connect Me button.
4. Touch your User ID.
5. Touch the OK button.
