Missed Dispense
If the escalated dispense reminder expires and you have not dispensed your medication, the red
Missed Dose screen displays and the Dispense button ashes to tell you that you have missed a dose
(or doses) AND that your next dose is now due.
To dispense the missed medication, follow these instructions:
1. Touch the Dispense button to dispense all missed doses.
A dispense screen displays with the number of packs to be dispensed and a message that your
meds are almost ready.
Remember not to touch the pack until it is ready.
2. Take the pack(s) from the dispenser when the screen says the pack has been dispensed.
3. Touch the OK button.
NOTE: Contact your healthcare professional if you are not sure about what to do with the late
medications.
