4. When the call connects, you will see your care provider on the screen.
5. Use the buttons at the bottom of the screen to adjust the volume as needed.
NOTE: The telehealth appointment will not be interrupted by dose alerts. To prevent missing a dose,
do not schedule appointments during dose alerts, or limit appointments to under two hours. Dispense
alerts resume after the appointment has ended.
6. When you are nished with the appointment, touch the End Call button.
7. Touch the Yes button to end the call.
Putting Video Chat on Hold
If your care provider needs to put the chat on hold for some reason, a Call Paused screen displays.
Missing a Video Chat Appointment
If you miss a scheduled video chat appointment, WHAT HAPPENS???
NOTE: The alert will stop after 10 minutes or at the end time of the appointment, whichever is rst.
